R021 paraffin for wax removal. A very soft wax composed solely of paraffins with a very low melting point, giving it exceptional fluidity. Used during hot scraping, RO21 enables the base to be thoroughly cleaned and the pores of the base to be opened up, thereby increasing the retention of glide waxes. Can be used before each waxing session.
RO21 wax remover is used to clean your sole without damaging its structure.
Through capillary action, impurities rise to the surface when RO21 is applied.
Scraping whilst hot removes them from the base.
On new equipment, repeat the process three times.
Dry the base and clean it with a bronze brush, working from the tip towards the tail.
Set the waxing iron to 110°C. Once the temperature has been reached, bring the wax into contact with the iron.
Move the iron back and forth across the base to deposit droplets of RO21.
Place the waxing iron on the base and spread the RO21 using back-and-forth movements.
Once the wax is evenly distributed, make two back-and-forth strokes without stopping to achieve a smooth finish.
Immediately after waxing, scrape whilst the wax is still warm until the base is clean.
Your base is now clean.
Brush with a bronze brush, then apply your glide wax.
