Would you like to return a product?
We've devised a simple, transparent procedure to help you.
⏱️ Returns deadline
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.
No returns will be accepted after this period.
✔️ Acceptance conditions
Returned products must be :
- Brand new, unused and unwashed
- In their original, undamaged packaging
- Accompanied by all accessories and labels
- In perfect condition, with no signs of wear or damage
Specific case: helmets (ski & bike) 🪖
For safety reasons, we apply strict criteria:
- Helmet never worn
- Original packaging intact
- Labels attached
- Unopened accessories
- No traces of tampering
If the integrity of the product cannot be guaranteed, the return may be refused.
🚫 Ineligible products
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Personalised products
- Consumable products that have already been used (wax, detergent, etc.)
📦 Returns procedure
- Return request
Go to the Help & Contact section and select "Returns". - Validation
Your request will be reviewed by our customer service department. - Dispatch
After validation, you have 5 days to send your parcel:
- Products returned in their original packaging
- Return slip included in the parcel
- Shipment with label provided or via the carrier of your choice (tracking required)
The customer remains responsible for the correct routing of the parcel.

💸 Return costs
- France:
- VOLA label: €6.90 deducted from refund
- Personal carrier: no costs deducted
- Switzerland & international:
- Return postage at customer's expense
- Any customs fees also payable by the customer
💳 Refund
Refunds are made within 14 working days of receipt and inspection of the products. It includes:
- The price of the item(s) returned
- The initial delivery costs
Return postage will not be refunded.
Payment will be credited via Stripe.
🔄 Exchange
We do not offer direct exchanges. To change size, model or colour:
- Make a return
- Place a new order
⚠️ Important
- All return requests must be validated beforehand
- Items purchased from a retailer must be returned directly to the retailer.
- All non-compliant returns will be refused
