How do I contact Customer Service?

You can contact us via our contact form or by email, vola@vola.fr. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I change or cancel my order?

In order to guarantee the shortest possible delivery times, orders are processed immediately after they have been confirmed. Once confirmed, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
However, in accordance with your right of withdrawal, you may return your products to our warehouse.

What are the delivery times?

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times vary according to destination and carrier.
For mainland France, the delivery time is generally 4 working days.
