Description
The VT7-71 VOLA is a radio transmission system designed to meet the needs of competition organisers requiring reliable communication between several race points.
Operating at 868 MHz, it ensures stable transmission of start, intermediate and finish signals over long distances, up to 5 km depending on the power used.
Thanks to its simple, robust design, it is easy to integrate in the field and enables smooth management of race information, particularly in disciplines such as skiing, circuit racing or karting.
Use
The VT7-71 is designed to simplify communication between the various key points on a course.
It can be used to remotely trigger starts, manage intermediate times and secure finishes, while ensuring reliable and instantaneous transmission of information.
Particularly well-suited to demanding sporting environments, it is also used to manage flags and signals on circuits or in karting, offering great responsiveness in the field.
Technical specifications
The VT7-71 operates in the 868 MHz band, with two power levels available: 25 mW or 160 mW, both of which comply with European regulations.
It offers 4 channels configurable via banana plugs, enabling several combinations: 1 start + 3 intermediaries or 1 start + 2 intermediaries + 1 finish.
The system can manage up to 3 relays with intermediaries and incorporates a fixed delay of 200 ms to guarantee signal stability.
