Dry the base and clean it with a bronze brush, working from the tip towards the tail.
Set the waxing iron to the temperature indicated on the label of the wax to be applied.
Once the temperature has been reached, bring the wax into contact with the iron.
Move the iron back and forth across the base to deposit droplets of wax.
If smoke is produced whilst waxing, your waxing iron is too hot.
Place the iron on the base and spread the wax using back-and-forth movements.
It takes time for the wax to soak into the base.
Don’t go too fast, but never stop moving.
Once the wax is evenly distributed, make two back-and-forth strokes without stopping to achieve a smooth finish.
Clean the iron with a cloth after use. Be careful not to burn yourself.
Wait 2 hours for the wax to cool and soak into the base.
