Since 1935, VOLA has been designing and manufacturing technical solutions dedicated to sporting performance at the foot of Mont Blanc: from ski wax to timing systems used in international competitions.
Today, VOLA operates in two complementary areas:
SPORTS: technical equipment (helmets, goggles, poles, technical clothing, sunglasses) designed for performance and outdoor activities.
TIMING: timing software and live broadcast solutions for competitive sports.
VOLA is a company on a human scale (≈35 people), where communication is directly linked to the field, the athletes and sporting events.

We are looking for a versatile, independent, enterprising and methodical individual who takes the time to understand the problem before getting started.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Community Management
Managing VOLA’s social media accounts: @volaracing_sports and @volaracing_timing
Creating content tailored to the platforms (Instagram, Facebook)
Creating Reels, Stories and short-form content focused on the field, products and competitions
Managing the editorial calendar with increasing autonomy
Content creation
Production of marketing materials:
- Point-of-sale catalogues, leaflets, labels and event materials
- Short videos / simple editing
- Product design
- Newsletters: creation and distribution of newsletters viaMailjet
Cross-functional support
Ad hoc support for teams during busy periods
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for someone who is:
- creative, meticulous, independent and inquisitive,
- with an eye for detail and a commitment to a job well done,
- who is attuned to current trends, aesthetics and visual styles,
- with an interest in the worlds of sport, the outdoors and technical equipment,
- and comfortable creating visual content, both print and digital.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
Essential skills: Adobe Suite: Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign (solid grounding or currently mastering these)
Basic knowledge of video editing (a plus)
Flawless French (spelling and writing)
Business-level English (written and spoken)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Work-study programme based in Passy (74), Monday to Friday > 8.00–12.00 / 13.30–17.30.
39 hours, including 4 hours of paid overtime.
Some travel may be required (events / competitions)
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communication or digital design
Duration: 1 year
Remuneration in accordance with the current statutory pay scale
