Take a repair candle – either black or white – to fill in a hole.
Using a lighter, heat the tip of the candle until it starts to melt.
Let the wax drip into the hole you want to fill.
Wait 1 to 2 minutes for the wax to set.
Scrape off the excess with a metal scraper.
Your base is now repaired.
